I am writing to request a personal loan of Rs. 25 lakhs for buying a new property in Visakhapatnam. I have decided to buy a property in Visakhapatnam worth Rs. 40 lakhs. And, as I already have a savings of Rs. 15 lakhs, I request you for a loan of remaining Rs.25 lakhs. I have included copies of bank statements for the previous 3 months as well as an income and expenditure breakdown which shows how much I have left over each month. I have planned to use some of this money for making the monthly loan payments as well.
